Strategic HR Partner for Manufacturing & Labour Compliance

Google's People Operations team seeks an experienced HR professional to partner with site leaders across a DC/manufacturing context in the United Kingdom. You will address employee relations, drive data-driven people decisions, and implement programs that align with global HR strategies.

You will coach leaders, manage complex labour relations, and ensure compliance with UK employment law, working closely with local HR teams and Works Councils to deliver cohesive, compliant people plans.
