Strategic HR Partner for Insurance & Talent

W. R. Berkley Corporation is looking for an HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR services across UK business units. You will work closely with senior leaders to design people strategies and ensure compliance with UK Employment Law.

This role encompasses employee relations, performance management, payroll oversight, and promoting engagement through a diverse and inclusive culture. The ideal candidate has a CIPD qualification and strong HR experience within the Insurance sector.
