Strategic HR Partner for CS&D Transformation

apetito is seeking a HR Manager for CS&D to partner with leaders, drive workforce planning and employee relations across Customer Services and Distribution. You will coach managers, lead organisational change and support the CS&D Investment Project including transition to a new distribution centre.

You will influence senior stakeholders, ensure governance and consistency, and travel between Trowbridge, Portbury and Avonmouth as required.
