Strategic HR Partner: ER, Change & Talent Growth

Enva is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide proactive HR partnering across our multi-site operations in the UK. You will lead complex employee relations, support organisational change, workforce planning, onboarding and governance, and drive improvements across HR processes and systems.

The role involves partnering with managers, delivering policy guidance, and supporting payroll data governance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across sites.
