Strategic HR Partner: Employer Relations & Change

Carrington Blake Recruitment is looking for an experienced HR professional based in Newcastle-under-Lyme to provide high-quality advice and support on employer relations. This role involves supporting the cultural development of the Council and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
