Strategic HR Partner, Digital & AI Delivery

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to act as a key partner for the Digital & AI teams across the UK and EMEA, delivering business-focused HR services. You will cover employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, secondments, reward, development, and general payroll and policy support, forging trusted relationships with managers and staff.

The role requires at least three years of HR generalist experience, strong stakeholder management, and a curious mindset toward
