Strategic HR Partner: Change & Labour Relations

Asset Recruitment is seeking an HR Partner for our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, to join the Dublin team and play a crucial role in employee relations and change management during organisational transformation.

You will report to the Head of People and Labour Relations - Ireland, supporting reduction in force activities and collective redundancy where applicable, and working with leaders to ensure fair, compliant processes and effective communication.
