Job Description

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support around 1,000 staff across London and the South East, with regular travel to multiple sites. The role involves delivering strategic people initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders and navigating complex employee relations to drive organisational performance.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in senior HR advisory roles, strong TUPE and employment law knowledge, and a UK driving license.
