Strategic HR Partner - Field Operations

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence and organizational health across assigned sites.

You will partner directly with field leaders, translate priorities into plans, and lead data-driven decision making to improve employee experience and engagement.
