Happy Raspberry Ltd in Newry is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team on a permanent basis. You will partner with leadership to drive people strategies, manage employee relations and deliver data-driven HR initiatives in a fast-paced, high-achievement environment.

The role involves maintaining HR records and dashboards, analysing headcount and turnover metrics, advising managers, supporting recruitment and workforce planning, and coaching on performance and development.
