Strategic HR Partner - Change Leader & Talent (Travel)

South Lakes Housing is recruiting an HR Business Partner to support the business across multiple sites with a focus on strategic people initiatives. The role operates from a Manchester area office and requires occasional travel to other sites across the UK and Ireland as necessary.

You will partner with leaders to drive organisational change, optimise the employee lifecycle, and lead talent management, engagement and performance processes.
