Strategic HR Manager, Healthcare & People Ops

ShannonDoc CLG is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function across the organisation, reporting directly to the CEO and working as part of the Senior Management Team. Based in the Mid-West region, the role combines strategic and hands-on HR, recruitment, employee relations, policy development and compliance with Irish employment legislation.

The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities, lead projects, and contribute to organisational development.
