Müller is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Telford, supporting three Shropshire sites. You will partner with leaders, drive change, and shape people strategies that deliver real business results in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

You will lead strategic and hands-on HR, coach managers, manage ER cases, drive engagement, succession planning, and workforce planning, while ensuring UK employment compliance.
