Strategic HR Manager (3-4 days) - Leicester

Tagged Resources is looking for a high calibre HR Manager to join a fast-expanding fashion supplier based in Leicester. The role offers a strategic approach to managing HR processes while overseeing daily operations. You will be required to manage the employee life cycle and liaise with the senior team to plan HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with excellent organisational skills, able to work calmly under pressure, and possess strong IT skills. This position can be a part-time role of 3 or 4 days per week.
