Strategic HR Manager - Supply Chain & Manufacturing

GE Aerospace, based at the Brockworth site near Gloucester, is seeking an HR Manager to join our on-site manufacturing operation. You will be the HR partner for a large client group, providing coaching, HR processes and organizational support to leaders and employees.

You will influence and collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, LEAN and Production teams, aligning HR policy with business needs while maintaining BPSS and UK right-to-work compliance.
