Strategic HR Manager - Manufacturing & Union Relations

Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking an HR Manager to support Aberthaw Cement Plant and South Supply Chain & Logistics. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver a proactive, commercially focused HR service and drive people strategies across a dynamic, industrial environment.

You will manage complex ER matters, lead change programmes and build capability through coaching, while maintaining strong industrial relations with Trade Unions and delivering workforce planning and talent initiatives.
