Strategic HR Leader, Scotland Region

Forth Ports is seeking a Head of HR - Scotland Region to join the leadership team and translate the Group People Plan into regional priorities. You will provide strategic people leadership, ensure operational delivery, and partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the regional people priorities across Scotland.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will steer employment relations, industrial relations, and collective bargaining, while aligning with Group policies.
