Strategic HR Leader for NHS People & Culture

The NHS Trust in Essex is seeking an Interim Deputy Chief People Officer to provide strategic leadership within the People function and deputise for the CPO when required. You will manage complex employee relations and medical workforce issues, including MHPS cases, hearings and appeals.

We are looking for deep NHS HR expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive policy development and urgent delivery across the function.
