Strategic HR Lead for Care & Housing Growth

Parkhaven Trust is seeking an experienced HR Business Lead to work with the CEO and Executive Team to shape and deliver high-quality HR practice across the organisation. The role balances strategic oversight with hands-on delivery to strengthen recruitment, retention, performance management and workforce reporting.
