Strategic HR Lead: Absence Management & Wellbeing

Torfaen County Borough Council seeks an experienced HR professional to lead and transform sickness absence management across the Council, driving a proactive, prevention-focused approach that improves attendance and employee wellbeing.

You will work with managers, unions and HR colleagues to develop strategies, use data to identify trends and deliver meaningful change across the organisation. CIPD Level 7 qualification (or working towards) and strong employment-law knowledge are essential.
