Strategic HR Business Partner for Growth & Change

Team RH in Gateshead is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support managers and leaders across the business. You'll advise on employee relations, recruitment, reward and development, helping us build a proactive people function.

Reporting to the Head of People, you'll partner with hiring managers from briefing through onboarding, manage casework end-to-end, and keep HR policies and pay practices current, fair and compliant.
