Strategic HR Business Partner for Growth & Change

Comex 2000 is seeking a strategic and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team. The role is ideal for an experienced HRBP who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works closely with senior leaders to drive business performance through people.

You will partner with leaders to deliver effective people strategies, guide HR initiatives, and shape the employee experience while supporting growth across the Midlands and North. Travel 1-2 days weekly is expected.
