Strategic HR Business Partner - UK & Europe

Stericycle is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR guidance and advisory support to our UK and Ireland units through a business partner model. You will oversee employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and policy interpretation.

The role emphasizes coaching managers, implementing HR projects, and aligning people strategies with Stericycle's mission and values. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and TUPE is preferred.
