Strategic HR Business Partner - Change & Talent Leadership

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work with the Leadership Team across multiple jurisdictions in a matrix environment. The role involves delivering workforce planning, change management, and employee engagement initiatives, while partnering with sales/go-to-market and data/tech teams.

You will support organisational design, onboarding, talent management and rewards planning, ensuring UK compliance and a seamless colleague experience across regions.
