Strategic HR Business Partner - Change & Talent Leader

Bayman Atkinson Smythe, a leading manufacturing group with a head office in South Manchester, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join the expanding HR team. You will travel to other UK sites as required and report to the Head of HR.

The role concentrates on organisational change, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, with a Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm schedule and some flexibility with start/finish times.
