Strategic HR & Remuneration Committee Member

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned executive HR leader to shape and implement a comprehensive people strategy for a major, public-sector-facing organisation. You will oversee remuneration policies for the Chief Executive, guide executive appointments, and lead transformation initiatives within a complex, diverse environment in Scotland.

You will work closely with the Chief Executive and Board committees, applying strong employment-law knowledge, strategic thinking and excellent stakeholder
