Strategic HR & Payroll Lead: Engagement & Compliance

GXO Logistics, Inc is recruiting an experienced HR Manager for our M&S, Fashion, Home & Beauty site in Bradford. You will report to the Senior HR Business Partner and lead the HR and Payroll functions, shaping the site's People Plan and driving culture, compliance and performance.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, managing complex ER matters, TU relations, and high-performing teams while partnering with leadership to support growth and change across the operation.
