Job Description

NTDC in Tipperary invites an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources, policies and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality HR function across recruitment, induction, staff development and governance.

You will liaise with the CEO and stakeholders to drive strategic HR initiatives, ensure Garda vetting and visa processes, and uphold Health & Safety and Data Protection standards. Hours negotiable; fixed-term to 31 December 2026 with a competitive salary.
