Strategic HR Advisor & Change Partner

Forge Holiday Group is seeking an HR Advisor to join the HR Operations team at its Chester HQ, with travel to UK locations. You will work as a trusted partner to managers, handling employee relations, coaching, organisational change and broader People projects.

The role combines advisory work with policy application, ensuring fair outcomes and compliant practices across the group's brands. A CIPD L3 or equivalent and strong MS Office skills are expected.
