Strategic Holiday Let General Manager

Eden Scott is partnering with a family-owned business to manage a portfolio of holiday lets across Fife. The General Manager will lead day-to-day operations, drive occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction, and manage budgets and teams, including an Operations Manager and Revenue Executive. This hands-on role demands a proactive, autonomous leader with strong financial acumen.

Location: Fife-based. Type: Full-time. Salary: £55,000 plus a company bonus.
