Strategic Health Equity & Improvement Lead

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a dynamic strategic leader to direct health improvement and tackle inequalities across Renfrewshire HSCP and partners. You will guide population level strategies, ensure alignment with national and local priorities, and drive cross sector collaboration with NHS, local authorities, and community planning bodies.

The role focuses on strategic development, performance management, and workforce leadership, with a remit spanning policy influence and complex
