Strategic Health & Safety Leader

St John Ambulance is recruiting a Head of Health & Safety to lead an organisation-wide safety strategy, ensuring compliant, proactive risk management across our national operations. You will report to senior leaders, act as the Responsible Person, and drive continuous improvement while safeguarding staff and volunteers.

You will shape safety governance, embed ISO 45001 principles, monitor performance, and collaborate with executives and boards to align safety with mission-critical services.
