Strategic Head of Revenue, Distribution & Reservations

Montcalm Collection is seeking an Assistant Head of Revenue and Distribution to lead revenue strategy across its London-based hotels. The role focuses on pricing, forecasting, and distribution to maximise total revenue and profitability, working closely with Commercial Directors, GMs, and Sales & Marketing teams.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in revenue management within luxury hospitality, deep knowledge of Opera/IDeaS/Duetto, and strong leadership.
