Strategic Head of Performance & Reward Transformation

Catalyst Partners in Bristol is seeking a Head of Performance & Reward to lead the reward and performance agenda during a period of significant transformation.

Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, this standalone, strategic role will shape how reward, performance and talent outcomes support the business strategy and drive value creation.

You will champion governance, partner with executives and deliver transformation programmes across performance and reward.
