St Leonards School seeks an inspirational Head of People & Development who can nurture a positive workplace culture, promote engagement and inclusion, and provide informed guidance to deliver the school's operational and strategic plans.

You will work with Executive, Academic and Professional Services colleagues to drive the people agenda, apply employment law, and develop management information tools that empower leaders with clear, empathetic change leadership.
