Strategic Head of Learning & Knowledge

Ashfords LLP is seeking a Head of Learning & Knowledge to lead the firm's learning, professional development and knowledge management strategies. You will work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align programmes with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will build and mentor a small team, oversee technical training and knowledge initiatives, and shape governance and measurement to drive continuous improvement and value for the firm.
