Strategic Head of HR for a Leading Girls' School

The Abbey School in Reading is seeking a Head of HR to lead the strategic and operational delivery of Human Resources across the school.

You will develop and implement an HR strategy that supports the school's vision, values and priorities, ensuring the school attracts, develops and retains outstanding staff. This role is a key leadership position joining our Abbey community from September 2026.
