Strategic Head of Group Finance & Performance

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust seeks a Senior Head of Group Finance to provide strategic financial leadership across clinical groups. The postholder will lead the Finance Management Team, drive high-quality financial reporting, and ensure efficient, compliant finance systems across groups.

They will deputise for senior financial leadership, support business cases and investment appraisal, and work with procurement to optimise resource use within the Trust.
