Strategic Head of Finance - Manufacturing

Castle Employment Agency Ltd in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, is recruiting an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function and support the business's ongoing development.

You will work closely with the senior leadership team to manage financial control, group reporting, budgeting and cashflow, and provide commercial analysis to drive profitability and strategic decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role with scope to develop the team and improve systems.
