Strategic Head of Employee & Industrial Relations

Jobs4 is recruiting a Head of Employee Relations to lead all ER and industrial relations across a multinational, listed business. You will act as SME in complex ER, shaping strategy and overseeing a talented team, partnering with ExCo, Management Committees, the CPO and SLT to drive the function.

You will bring outstanding communication and senior stakeholder influencing skills, plus a track record of delivering against strategy; experience with trade unions is advantageous in this environment.
