Strategic Head of Buying & Merchandising - Driving Growth

TBCo is seeking a Head of Buying & Merchandising to lead our commercial product strategy from Edinburgh. You will translate creative vision into clear commercial plans, guiding the Buying and Merchandising teams to deliver strong product, stock and margin performance.

Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate with Design, Brand, E-commerce, Marketing, Finance and Operations to shape product strategy and drive sustainable, profitable growth across international markets.
