Strategic Growth & Partnerships Manager

Gallagher-backed Pen seeks a Strategic Account Manager - Specialty Lines to identify and deliver strategic growth opportunities across Pen. You will analyse markets, assess partnerships and support M&A, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive value.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will develop business cases, executive materials and roadmaps, ensuring successful execution of strategic change initiatives with operational impact across the organisation.
