Strategic Group Org Design Partner - Flexible Working

Tesco is seeking a senior Organisation Design specialist to work with Exec members and business leaders to design structures and roles that deliver strategy. You will drive a strategic vision and plan for how we structure the Group over the next 1-3 years, based on internal and external perspectives.

You will develop OD blueprints, stay current with best practice, and partner with leaders to align design with Group objectives and financial targets, providing data-led options and recommendations.
