A high-growth SME in South Dublin is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to oversee the finance function and support the next phase of growth. This CFO will lead financial planning, manage acquisitions, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with at least 10 years of experience in a finance role, including prior CFO or significant number 2 experience in a PE-backed company. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong experience in financial reporting and models.
