Strategic Global Payments Operations Director

Zepz is seeking a Payment Operations Director to lead the end-to-end execution of cross-border payments across multiple corridors and channels. You will interface with Finance, Engineering, Product, and payout partners to reduce costs and improve routing velocity while maintaining rigorous controls.

You will build and own KPI frameworks, drive automation of workflows, and lead a high-performing team to deliver scalable operations across the global network powering WorldRemit and Sendwave.
