Strategic General Manager: P&L, Manufacturing & Growth

Lucy Electric seeks a visionary General Manager for its LEUK business in the UK, based at the Thame plant. You will hold full P&L responsibility and lead a seasoned team to drive growth in current and new markets, including sustainable energy, while championing continuous improvement across a state-of-the-art factory.

You will shape strategy, oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and aftersales, and report to the COO.
