Strategic FP&A Partner - Wealth Management

Schroders is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Wealth Management FP&A team. The role focuses on partnering with the WM COO, including Transformation, Operations, Technology and Data functions, acting as a trusted advisor with forward-looking analysis and commercial insight.

You will lead performance reviews, shape budgets and forecasts, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven financial analysis. Flexible working arrangements may be considered.
