Strategic FP&A & Performance Lead

Harrods is seeking a Financial Planning and Performance Manager to join our Finance team. A unique opportunity to build processes, reporting and models from the ground up and develop new stakeholder relationships.

You will own weekly trading performance reporting, lead the annual budget process with robust modelling, oversee monthly P&L analysis, forecasting accuracy and scenario modelling. Strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven insight are essential.
