Strategic Fleet Leader - Public Sector, 36-Hour Week

Hillingdon Council is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to own a large, diverse fleet and to ensure frontline services run safely and reliably each day. You will lead a high-impact team, drive innovation, and transform fleet delivery across the council.

You will act as the O Licence holder, manage a major capital programme, and oversee procurement, maintenance contracts, and supplier management, ensuring value for money and strong governance.
