Strategic Fleet & Compliance Manager

Worcester City Council is seeking an experienced Fleet and Compliance Manager to lead our fleet, depot and technical services. You will ensure a safe, reliable and compliant vehicle fleet, operating under the Operator's Licence and transport rules.

You will also drive health and safety across City Services, oversee depots, budgets and service improvements, and report to senior stakeholders. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
